Iowa

Community HIV/Hepatitis Advocates of Iowa Network (CHAIN) is composed of people living with and/or affected by HIV and/or hepatitis. CHAIN advocates for the prevention of HIV and hepatitis and for access to quality care for all infected and affected Iowans. Michigan
HIV/AIDS Alliance of Michigan is a coalition of community-based AIDS service organizations. Member agencies focus on legislative advocacy and include AIDS Partnership Michigan, Community Health Awareness Group, and Michigan AIDS Fund based in metropolitan Detroit; Wellness HIV/AIDS Services in Flint; CARES in Kalamazoo; Lansing Area AIDS Network in Lansing and HIV/AIDS Resource Center in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. Minnesota
Minnesota AIDS Project (MAP) envisions a world free of AIDS. The mission of the Minnesota AIDS Project is to lead Minnesota’s fight to stop HIV through advocacy, education, and service. E-mail

Missouri
Doorways
offers a range of housing options designed to meet the diverse needs of people living with HIV/AIDS in St. Louis, Missouri. Current programs include the provision of rent, mortgage, and utility subsidies to HIV-positive individuals as well as intensive supportive and medical services delivered through its Supportive Housing Facility. Heart of America Community AIDS Partnership
serves six counties in the metropolitan Kansas City, Missouri area. The Partnership, a partner of the National AIDS Fund, supports HIV/AIDS programming through pooled grant making. To learn more about the Partnership, contact Kelly Welch.

Nebraska
Nebraska AIDS Project

Ohio
AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland is the oldest AIDS service organization in Ohio and is a primary provider of both community based HIV prevention education and non-medical direct services to people living with HIV/AIDS. Ohio AIDS Coalition (OAC) is a statewide membership organization that advocates on behalf of all Ohioans living with HIV/AIDS. OAC organizes retreats, conferences, community forums, symposiums and other continuing education programs/trainings for the HIV community. Contact OAC Director Kevin Sullivan to learn more.

Wisconsin
AIDS Network Wisconsin provides the residents of south central Wisconsin with critical AIDS care and prevention services free of charge. For more information about the Network's services, contact Executive Director Bob Power.
