Releases 2001 State Policy Priorities
The AIDS
Foundation of Chicago (AFC) recently released
its State Government

needed in Illinois to make a difference in the fight against AIDS. The
document is being distributed to Illinois elected and appointed officials,
AIDS service organizations, and members of AFC's Statewide Advocacy Network.
AFC pursues
each of its priority positions through public and lawmaker education,
grassroots organizing, and direct lobbying activities. Member of AFC's
Statewide Advocacy Network play
a key role in advancing AIDS policy in Illinois. AFC encourages people
to take an active role in the advocacy of these state government priorities.
