The story of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) is one of inspiration, innovation and impact. For the past 25 years, we’ve worked to change the story of AIDS from one of despair to one of hope. But we can’t do it without you. Change the story with us.

What does it mean to Change the Story? It means working together to end HIV/AIDS in our neighborhoods, in our cities, in our state.
