AIDS Run Walk Chicago: Each year HIV and housing organizations raise funds which support their agency’s programs and services through AIDS Run & Walk Chicago. Since 2005, AFC has granted more than $2.7 million back to participating HIV/AIDS and housing Service agencies through AIDS Run Walk Chicago.

Over 6 months, participating agencies are given one-on-one coaching and capacity-building assistance to support meeting their fundraising and participation minimum. 90% of all funds raised by each CommunityDirect team is returned directly to the participating agency. Teams that meet participation minimums AND surpass fundraising minimums by more than 10% receive an additional 2% of all funds raised! Team to End AIDS: Team to End AIDS (T2EA) is an endurance charity program whose mission is to improve the lives of those who are living with or vulnerable to HIV/AIDS by raising critical funds and awareness. Established in 2003, our coaches have prepared over 7,000 athletes to run, bike, and swim thousands of miles and raise more than $14 million supporting vital social services for the HIV community. This program supports AFC and community partners who recruit athletes to participate on their behalf.
