Chicago Housing for Health Partnership

The AIDS Foundation of Chicago will support research and evaluation activities to demonstrate the merits and costs of promoting stable housing as a means to achieving independence and improved health outcomes for the chronically ill homeless population.

Evaluation Project

The AIDS Foundation of Chicago, in partnership with the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation, is continuing an evaluation project with agencies that serve children impacted by HIV. The agencies funded through this initiative are:

Perinatal Case Management

$122,000
The AIDS Foundation of Chicago is continuing this project funded by the Pediatric AIDS Chicago Prevention Initiative that provides intensive case management services to pregnant HIV-positive women. The initiative aims to eliminate mother- to-child transmission of HIV by increasing women's participation in prenatal care. The funded agencies are:

AmeriCorps Program Matching Grant
