management services to pregnant HIV-positive women. The project, which
is funded through the Pediatric AIDS Chicago Prevention Initiative,
aims to eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV by increasing
women's participation in prenatal care. Sinai Health Systems and University
of Chicago are the funded agencies providing case management services
through this project. |

and Infant Welfare Society.
AmeriCorps
members provide HIV prevention, care, and testing services as part
