Continuing to recognize the importance of housing stability for the health of people with HIV/AIDS, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) in partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has published the latest version of the Chicago Area AIDS Housing Plan: 2008-2012 (the Plan), titled “A Place to Call Home.”
