AFC Hosts Midwest Housing Conference PDF Print
Tuesday, November 02, 2010

The National AIDS Housing Coalition and the AIDS Foundation of Chicago sponsored the first ever Midwest Regional AIDS Housing Conference on October 16, 2008 held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois.  With over 90 attendees and 50 organizations represented from 13 states, the conference helped build a working network among AIDS Housing providers in the Midwest. Breakout sessions and guest speakers allowed for participants to share information and resources on available AIDS Housing funds and future opportunities, learn about innovative models of AIDS Housing and wrap around services, and obtain an overview of the latest research on “return for investment” of AIDS Housing.

Below are the slides and resources from many presentations. For any further information or questions, contact Arturo Valdivia Bendixen at (312) 922-2322 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
