Standard operating procedures
This set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlines minimum standards for operational policies and procedures that can be applied to all sub-contracting agencies and that all sub-contractors agree to perform.
These SOPs are not intended to serve as a comprehensive set of a sub-contractor’s policies and procedures; however, these standards serve as a minimal foundation for all sub-contractors to develop and maintain their individual agency’s case management services. Any SOP can be supplemented by sub-contractor-specific policies as long as said policies do not contradict the AFC SOPs.
