In existence since 1985, the Service Providers Council (SPC) is a non-governmental coalition of Chicago area organizations involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS locally. The SPC provides member organizations and their staff networking and training opportunities as well as a forum to identify and respond to emerging public policy and service coordination issues. The SPC helps set AFC's priorities in advocacy and grantmaking.
