Each year, AFC brings together community members to meet with elected officials and discuss HIV, housing and other issues related to the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
On Advocacy Day, we sent a united message to our state elected officials in support of HIV prevention and treatment, housing as healthcare, and advancing health equity. You can still join our movement! Take action:
