AFC continues to prioritize the health of its staff, clients and community. As such, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and Center for Housing and Health staff members are working remotely as a cautionary response to the coronavirus. We have significantly limited onsite business at our physical office location at 200 W. Monroe St in Chicago. Unless you have a confirmed appointment, please do not come to the AFC/CHH offices.
AFC and CHH services will not be interrupted, as we will continue to serve our community virtually. We will follow the advice from the CDC, Illinois Department of Public Health and Chicago Department of Public Health and make changes based on their recommendations.
For the last 35 years, AFC’s commitment to those living with and vulnerable to HIV and chronic conditions has been unwavering. This continues today and into the future as we work to end the HIV epidemic in Illinois. As always, we will provide the best care and attention regardless of challenging circumstances.
If you need us, you can get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone at (312) 922-2322.
Please take care of yourself and your loved ones – we’re doing the same here.
