On Tuesday, August 20th the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC), and the Chicago Area HIV Integrated Service Council (CAHISC) are hosting a community forum on health care reform to educate and discuss how these important changes will help people living with HIV or chronic disease get better access to health care.
