Turning the Tide Together is produced by the Levi Strauss Foundation. The film depicts the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the United States and spotlights key responses in several regions, from San Francisco to the rural crisis in Florida.
The AIDS Foundation of Chicagos housing programs are featured in the film to exemplify the extent of services needed to help people living with HIV who are also beset with other challenges, such as homelessness and mental health issues.
