Program Development and Evaluation

AFC’s Program Development department provides centralized grants management services for AFC’s program and policy work to secure and maintain the resources needed to further the agency’s mission. Members of the Program Development team possess both content-area knowledge and expertise in grants administration. 

AFC’s Research and Evaluation team is responsible for program monitoring, evaluation, and research efforts across a wide range of topic areas, including projects related to homelessness, permanent supportive housing initiatives, HIV healthcare access and utilization, and health services research.
