On November 15, 2007, the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) unveiled an aggressive plan to improve HIV/AIDS services and stem the spread of new infections. This strategic plan will help AFC chart our course over the next three years and measure our success in serving those living with and at risk for HIV.
AFC thanks the hundreds of community members who informed and helped develop our 2008-2010 Strategic Plan. We gratefully acknowledge the members of our Service Providers Council, people living with HIV/AIDS, public health and medical professionals, advocates, policymakers, faith leaders, donors, researchers, and others for sharing their invaluable insight and ideas regarding AFC's role in the fight against the epidemic.
