AFC’s navigators can help people complete marketplace applications during the enrollment period, assist people with applications to Medicaid, inform people about the fact that there is no deadline for Medicaid enrollment, build awareness and advocacy about Medicaid redetermination and support people in Medicare enrollment.

can help with enrollment in Medicare October 15 through December 7 as well as Medicaid (year-round). Affordable Care Act marketplace plan enrollment is available from November 1 through December 15.

Enrollment can happen in person or remotely, and bilingual staff and translation services are available.

Community collaboration

If you are a community leader or staff member at a Chicago-based agency or organization, AFC and our program partners can help educate and enroll your clients into new health care options. Our certified Navigators can provide educational presentations and enrollment services to your clients at your agency or a community or neighborhood location.
