Team to End AIDS (T2)
AFC's endurance training and fundraising program!
T2’s mission is to improve the lives of those who are living with or vulnerable to HIV by raising critical funds to support the programs of AFC. Through endurance sports, T2 raises awareness, reduces stigma, empowers participants and encourages action to create health equity across Chicagoland. For more than 20 years T2 has been training athletes of all levels to complete a Marathon, Half Marathon or Triathlon. More than 7,000 athletes have trained with T2 raised $14 million supporting vital social services for the HIV community around Chicagoland. Our coaches have prepared athletes to run, bike, and swim thousands of miles, and our participants have made life-long friends and unforgettable memories along the way. T2 provides numerous benefits including race entry, coach-led training, apparel, celebration dinner, race day VIP experience and much more.
