Tom Sondergeld joined AFC’s board in 2018. Tom is a Sr Director for Large/Jumbo Employer Analytics with Merative. Tom most recently served as a Senior Expert/Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. He also has his own consulting group, TS Consulting Group LLC, where he has consulted with employers, Health Plans/TPAs, PBMs, point solution providers, Private equity firms and start-ups. He is a past Vice President of Global HRIS, Benefits & Mobility for Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA). Tom has directed employee benefits at various companies for over 30 years. He has spoken at many local and national events on topics ranging from benefit plan design, wellness integration and on-site health centers. He is also a Board Member for Midwest Business Group on Health (MBGH).
