Policy Matters Podcast’s host, Lucy Baglin, sits down with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago’s state lobbyist, Ramon Gardenhire, to discuss these bills, which now await Governor Pat Quinn’s signature. Ramon and Lucy also discuss the marriage equality bill, which passed the state Senate but wasn’t called for a vote in the House.
