Policy initiatives spearheaded by the AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) work to improve services for, and protect the rights of, people living with and vulnerable to HIV.
Through partnerships with the HIV/AIDS community, local service providers, and statewide and national partners, AFC works to achieve legislative support for the 43,500 people living with HIV and AIDS in Illinois.
